About Illalangi
A luxurious boutique cottage boasting the beautiful combination of original charm and modern convenience. Illalangi is a renovated turn-of-the-century weatherboard home with a story — its earliest owners were Blackheath's first baker and the village grocer, and the cottage still carries the warmth of that era in every timber-lined room.

Inside the cottage
- Gourmet country-style eat-in kitchen
- Aged Italian leather lounge and large TV
- Separate sun-filled sitting room
- Newly renovated bathroom — underfloor heating and bathtub
- Split-system air conditioning and slow-combustion fire
- Mountain garden with entertaining deck and fire pit
Sleeping six, comfortably
Two queen bedrooms and a third room with single bunk beds — linen, lamps and quiet, all wrapped in the cottage's original timber walls.

Days at Illalangi
Tea on the deck, a stroll in the garden, board games and books by the fire, cooking something slow in the kitchen. Beyond the gate: World Heritage bushwalks, breathtaking lookouts, village cafés, restaurants, galleries, bakeries and the old cinema turned antique market.
